Technology continues to improve and we here at Cox Family Practice want to use those resources to improve our patient care by communicating with our patients as effectively as possible. Studies show 85% of patients want digital communication from their doctor.

We have chosen TeleVox as our digital communication resource. TeleVox service gives us the resources to enhance our between-visit communication with our patients. This service will allow us to efficiently relay appointment reminders and other messages between visits to you the patient. Our goal is to partner with you to keep you healthy and improve your health. Whether it be an appointment reminder, inclement weather notices, or to let you know the flu vaccine has arrived, digital communications will help us serve you better.
